We would like to show you some pictures of the events we carry out within the community. Each year the number of organised activities increase and we are always looking to improve on the work we did last year. PFC id determined to provide interesting activiites within a safe environment to provide children with things to do. during the school holidays and soon during the winter evenings. This years children's Christmas party was a great success. Held at the Cliffburn Hotel, there were 110 children in attendance and of course Santa. Next year, because of the success of this event, we will be looking to split it into two smaller parties. This will allow us to provide different types of entertainment for the different age groups. |

Fun days in the park can be a way of encouraging young people to get involved in sport or activities that are physical. Here, youngsters proudly display their medals and certificates. Organisations like the Cafe Project enhance the activities available by providing street foootball once a week in Cliffburn and the Community Learning and Development Youth Workers support our events.

For two years running we have organised an 'over sixties Christmas party. They have proved a great success. Supported by our volunteers, the party enjoys good food, music, dancing, bingo and a visit from Santa! |
