Welcome to our Community

Hi, welcome to our community and thank you for taking the time to visit. During the past five years our area has gone through changes that have made our communtiy more vibrant. Tenement buildings have gone and new build family houses have taken their place. The Community Park and improvements to our local shopping area are also major changes to our community. We still have limited facitlities available for any kind of social activities but this is high on our list of prioroties for the future.

The ‘Association of Residents of Cliffburn and Hayshead’ (ARCH), our Residents Association and sister organisation ‘People First Cliffburn’ (PFC), an organisation established by the residents with charitable status, have over the years, initiated and encouraged these improvements within the area. Both our organisations operate from the Community Office, 8 Mayfield Terrace, Arbroath. They are supported by a management committee, dedicated volunteers and one paid member of staff.
